How do I create and manage e-tickets for my event?
E-tickets are the core product type for selling admission to your events.
Creating E-Tickets:
- Open your event from Events → Dashboard.
- Go to the E-Tickets section.
- Click "Add New E-Ticket".
- Configure: Name, Description, Stock.
- Click Save.
Setting Prices:
- After creating the e-ticket, go to its Pricing section.
- Click "Add Price" to set a new price tier.
- You can create multiple prices with different validity periods (price timelines) for early bird pricing, last-minute pricing, etc.
- Each price has a start date and end date.
Managing Stock:
Available stock = Total Stock - Sold - Reserved in Carts.
Monitor sold tickets from the E-Tickets Sold analytics page.
