How do I set the age policy for an event?
You can set an age restriction on your event to inform customers about minimum age requirements. To configure it:
- Open the event in the Event Editor
- In the “General Information” section, find “Age Restriction”
- Choose a policy:
- No restriction — all ages welcome
- Minimum age — set the minimum age (e.g. 12+, 16+, 18+)
- Guided by parent — minors allowed if accompanied by an adult
- Save the event
The age policy will be clearly displayed on the event page and on tickets. For events with multiple occurrences, the age policy is shared across all performances.
Important: The age restriction is informational and displayed to customers. Enforcement at the venue is the organizer’s responsibility.
