How do I request a new venue map to be added?
If you can't find your venue in the global map library, you can submit a request to the Tix team:
- Open any of the three tools: Tix Hall Designer, Tix Table Layout Studio or Tix Stadium Designer.
- Click the Request venue map button in the top bar.
- Fill in the form:
- Select the appropriate designer tool.
- Enter the venue name.
- Search for the location on the map using the search box (powered by Google Maps).
- Optionally add a comment with extra details.
- Click Send request.
You'll receive an email confirmation when the map is ready and added to Load → Global Venues.
