How do I sign the Framework Contract?
The signing process is fully digital and takes just a few minutes:
- Select billing information — Choose your company billing contact (individual billing is not accepted, a company is required).
- Read the contract — Available in both Romanian (legally binding) and English (translation for reference).
- Enter signing details — Your position/title in the company and guarantor information.
- Generate the contract — Click 'Generate Contract' to create the PDF.
- Download and sign digitally — The contract requires minimum 2 digital signatures: yours (as company representative) and the guarantor's. The names on the digital signatures must match the names entered in step 3.
- Upload the signed PDF — Upload it back to the platform.
- Wait for review — The Tixmondo team will review and countersign within 48 hours.
- You're activated! — Once approved, you can start selling immediately.
