    How do I manage member card requests (approve, reject)?

    When admin approval is required, new member card requests appear in the Requests section.

    Viewing requests:

    1. Go to Member Cards → Requests from the left menu.
    2. You'll see a list of pending requests with the applicant's name, date, and member card type.

    Reviewing a request:

    • View the applicant's profile information.
    • If a questionnaire was configured, read their answers.
    • Check their profile photo (if required).

    Actions:

    • Approve — The member card is issued and the customer is notified.
    • Reject — The request is declined and moved to the rejected list. The customer is notified.

    Important:

    • Paid member cards bypass approval — they are issued immediately upon payment.
    • If you disable admin approval later, new requests will be automatically approved, but existing pending requests remain in the queue until you handle them.
