What is the Settlement Trust Level?
The Settlement Trust Level determines whether you can request advance payouts for upcoming events:
- Level 0: Settlement only after the event has taken place. This is the default for new organizers.
- Level 1: You can request a partial advance (a percentage of the revenue) for future events.
- Level 2: Full advance payouts are available.
Your trust level is automatically calculated based on how many successful events you have completed with ticket sales. You can see your current level on the Request Payout page.
