    Where do I add and manage my business artists?

    Go to Business Settings → Artists in the portal menu. Here you can:

    • Add artists — Enter the artist’s name, type (free text: DJ, Actor, Singer, etc.), and a short bio
    • Upload photos — Artist photos appear on the event page and in the cast section
    • Edit or delete — Update artist details anytime. Deleting an artist (soft delete) does not affect existing cast assignments — the artist’s name and photo remain in previously assigned performances

    Your artist library is shared across all your events. Once an artist is added, they can be assigned to any recurring event’s cast presets and performances.
