How do I check in attendees at the event?
Tixmondo provides built-in scanning and check-in for tickets, vouchers, and member cards.
How It Works:
- Each ticket/voucher/member card has a unique QR code.
- Use the Tixmondo app or Portal scanning page to scan it.
- The system validates and shows: holder name, ticket type/status, whether it's been used.
- Click "Check In" to register entry.
What Gets Checked:
- E-Tickets: Each ticket checked in once only.
- Vouchers: Marked as used upon check-in.
- Member Cards: Verified for validity. Configurable cooldown between check-ins.
Viewing Data:
Go to Events → Check-ins Details for real-time data including who, when, and which staff member scanned.
