    What products can I scan at check-in and how does it work?

    The Tixmondo scanning system supports three types of products:

    • E-Tickets — scanned once, marked as checked-in.
    • Vouchers — scanned once for redemption at the event.
    • Member Cards — can be scanned multiple times (with a configurable cooldown period between scans).

    How to scan:

    1. Open the scanning interface (accessible to Admin, Owner, and Scanner roles).
    2. Point the camera at the QR code on the customer's ticket, voucher, or member card.
    3. The system displays the product details and check-in eligibility.
    4. Tap Check in to confirm.

    What you see after scanning:

    • Product type and name.
    • Customer name and photo (if available).
    • Whether the product has already been used.
    • For member cards: the membership status and card type.

    Tip: You can scan by event (only that event's products) or by business (all active events).
