What does the customer see when buying seated tickets?
Customers have two ways to choose seats:
- Best Available (default) — Select quantity, click "Choose seats". System suggests best consecutive seats (center, close to stage). Customer can adjust on the map.
- Pick your seats — Full interactive map. Tap a seat to see details, tap "Select this seat" to add it.
On mobile: full-screen map with a bottom panel for selected seats and total. The system prevents orphan seats (isolated single seats).
The generated PDF ticket includes the seat info: Sector, Row, and Seat number.
