How do I map sectors to ticket products?
After creating ticket products and configuring seating mode:
- Go to Sales & Products → Seating.
- Select your venue from the dropdown.
- In the Sector Mappings panel, select the ticket product for each sector.
- Click Save Configuration.
This tells the system which price to charge for seats in each zone. Unmapped sectors show seats as unavailable.
