How is the Tixmondo commission calculated on my settlement?
Tixmondo retains a commission percentage from each ticket sale (default 4%, configurable per business via your framework contract). The commission is automatically deducted from the revenue.
On the Settlement Dashboard you will see:
- Total Revenue: What customers paid in total
- Commission: Tixmondo's commission
- Net Earned: Revenue minus commission — this is your money
All amounts are displayed in RON with EUR equivalents.
