    How do I activate cashless payments for my event?

    Activating cashless for your event is a three-step process:

    1. Submit a request — go to your event page, click the Activation tab, and click Request Cashless Activation. Your request will be reviewed by the Tixmondo team.
    2. Wait for approval — a TixAdmin will review your request and confirm the activation fee and commission rates. You will receive a notification once approved.
    3. Complete payment — pay the activation fee via your Business Wallet or by card (Netopia). Once payment is confirmed, cashless is live for your event.

    The entire process typically takes 1–2 business days.
