    How do I create a new event?

    To create a new event:

    1. Go to Events → Dashboard in the portal menu.
    2. Click "Create New Event".
    3. Fill in the event details:
      • Event Name — The title displayed to customers.
      • Date & Time — When the event takes place.
      • Location — Venue or address.
      • Description — Details about the event.
      • Category — Type of event (concert, conference, etc.).
    4. Click Save to create the event.

    After creating the event, you can:

    • Add e-tickets with pricing.
    • Upload banner images and videos.
    • Set up visibility schedules.
    • Configure multi-day settings if needed.

    Note: The event won't be visible to customers until you set it as visible and add at least one ticket product.
