Why is my event not published after clicking Publish?
When you first start using Tixmondo, your events require admin approval before they become publicly visible.
Here is what happens:
- You click Publish on your event.
- The event status changes to Ready, but it is not yet visible to customers.
- The Tixmondo team reviews your event and approves it.
- Once approved, the event becomes Published and visible on the website.
You will see a "Pending approval" badge on your event's visibility page while it is under review.
Auto-approve: After you have had several events approved, your business earns auto-approve status. From that point on, events are published instantly when you click Publish — no waiting required.
