When is the cast visible to customers?
The cast is visible to customers only when:
- The performance is published (status: Published)
- The performance is visible (not hidden)
- You have assigned a cast to that performance (via preset or manual assignment)
Draft or cancelled performances do not show cast information publicly, even if a cast has been assigned internally.
For the parent event page (showing the general production), the cast aggregates all artists from published performances only — draft occurrences are excluded.
Cast change notices (replacements) are only visible publicly when you choose to notify customers during the override.
