How do I get notified when a specific person checks in?
To track when a VIP guest, sponsor, or specific attendee arrives at your event:
- Go to your event → Communication → Organizer notifications
- Click Add rule
- Select Specific user check-in
- Search for the person by name or email
- Select the person from the search results
- Choose recipients and notification channels
- Click Create rule
You will be notified every time that person checks in (not just once). The person must have a Tixmondo account.
