    How do I set up a sales threshold notification?

    To get notified when a certain number of tickets are sold:

    1. Go to your event → Communication → Organizer notifications
    2. Click Add rule
    3. Select Sales threshold
    4. Enter the number of tickets (e.g., 50)
    5. Select which team members should receive the notification
    6. Choose notification channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Email)
    7. Click Create rule

    The notification will fire once when the threshold is reached. You can create multiple rules with different thresholds (e.g., 50, 100, 500) to track milestones throughout your event sales.
