How do I manage my billing contacts and invoices?
Billing contacts are the entities/persons to whom invoices are issued.
Managing Billing Contacts:
- Go to Sales & Reports → Billing Contacts.
- Click "Add Billing Contact".
- Fill in: company name, Tax ID/VAT, billing address, contact email.
Viewing Invoices:
- Go to Business → Administrative → Invoices.
- Click any invoice to download the PDF.
Note: Set up billing contacts correctly before making payments — invoices are generated automatically based on this information.
