What is the Prepaid Account and what is it used for?
The Prepaid Account is a balance on the platform that you can top up to pay for additional services.
How to top up:
- Minimum amount: 10 RON
- Payment via Netopia (online card payment)
What it pays for:
- SMS notifications sent as alerts to your customers
- Push notifications
- Other contextual services as they become available
How it works:
- The cost of each service is clearly displayed before you initiate the action.
- Your balance is always checked before any payable action is executed.
- When the balance reaches zero, payable services are automatically suspended until you top up.
