What is the service fee on member card prices?
The service fee is an optional percentage (0-10%) that you, as the organizer, can add on top of the member card price.
How it works:
- You set a base price (e.g., 10 EUR) and a service fee percentage (e.g., 5%).
- The customer sees the total: 10.50 EUR (10 EUR + 0.50 EUR service fee).
- The service fee is your revenue — it is not included in the Tixmondo commission calculation.

Setting the service fee:
- When adding or editing a price, use the Service fee input field.
- The live calculation below shows the fee amount and total customer price.
- For non-RON currencies, the RON equivalent is also displayed.
- Maximum allowed: 10%.
- Free member cards always have 0% service fee.
