How do I add and manage prices for a member card?

Prices define what customers pay for your member card and when each price is valid.

Adding a price:

1. Go to Prices → Setup prices in the card type navigation.
2. Click Add new price.
3. Choose Free (toggle on) or Paid (toggle off).

For paid prices, configure:

• Price — The amount in EUR, RON, or USD.
• Service fee (0-10%) — An optional organizer fee on top of the price. For example, with a 10 EUR price and 5% service fee, the customer pays 10.50 EUR.
• Old price — Optional strikethrough price shown for marketing (legally required to be the last price maintained for 30+ days).
• Stock — Unlimited or a fixed number of available cards.
• Start and end dates — When this price is active. Prices cannot overlap.

RON reference price:

When you set a price in EUR or USD, the system automatically shows the RON equivalent based on current exchange rates. This is used internally by the payment processor.

Prices timeline:

On the prices list page, a visual timeline bar shows all your prices as colored segments. Click any segment to see details and quickly add a price before or after that interval with dates pre-filled.

Important rules:

• You need at least one price to activate the member card type.
• Price date ranges cannot overlap with each other.
• There must be at least 1 hour between start and end dates.
