What are the fiscal documents I need for my event?
Romanian law (art. 481, Law 227/2015) requires event organizers to submit 4 fiscal documents to the local tax authority (DITL) for each event:
- Series Registration Request (Cerere inregistrare/vizare serii) — filed before the event to register ticket serial numbers
- Ticket Sales Report (Situatia biletelor si abonamentelor) — filed after the event, showing sold quantities per serial range
- Entertainment Tax Declaration ITL 017 (Impozit pe spectacole) — monthly tax declaration, calculates the entertainment tax due (2% or 5%)
- Series Cancellation Report (Proces verbal anulare serii) — filed after the event for unsold and returned tickets
