Why do I need serial prefixes on my ticket prices?
Romanian fiscal law requires that each ticket has a unique serial number from a registered series. The serial prefix identifies the series (e.g., "TIX-2026-VIP"), and each ticket gets a sequential number within that series.
Before generating fiscal documents, every ticket and voucher price must have a serial prefix configured. You can set it when creating or editing a price for your product.
If any prices are missing serial prefixes, you will see an error message listing which products need to be updated.
