What happens after I submit my business for review?

After you complete all the steps and click Submit for Review, here's what happens:

1. Your business status changes to In Review
2. The Tixmondo team receives a notification and reviews your business
3. Review typically takes a few hours during business days
4. You'll receive an email notification once your business is approved

What is being reviewed?

• Business name and description — must be real and appropriate
• Images — must be relevant and of reasonable quality
• Contact information — must be valid
• URL — must not impersonate another brand

After approval

Once approved, your business becomes active and you can immediately:

• Create events and sell tickets
• Set up member card programs (free tier available without contract)
• Customize your public business page
• Add team members and assign roles

If your business is not approved

If there's an issue, you'll receive feedback explaining what needs to be changed. You can make corrections and resubmit.
