    What happens if my settlement request is rejected?

    If your settlement request is rejected by the Tixmondo team, you will receive an email with the reason for rejection. The requested funds will automatically become available again in your settlement balance, so you can submit a new request.

    Common reasons for rejection include: incomplete billing information, pending event issues, or administrative verification needed.
