Why can I not add tickets or vouchers to my event?
Adding products (tickets, vouchers, bundles) requires a signed Framework Agreement between your company and Tixmondo SRL. This is required because selling products involves financial transactions.
Go to Administrative → Framework Contract to sign the agreement. It only takes a couple of minutes and is a one-time process.
