How does saving a card work?

When you pay on Tixmondo, you can choose to save your card for future purchases so you do not have to re-enter your card details every time.

How to save a card

• At checkout, tick the Save this card option before confirming payment.
• Your card is securely tokenised by our payment processor (Netopia). Tixmondo never stores your full card number.
• After the payment is processed, the card appears under My Account → Saved cards.

How to pay with a saved card

• At checkout, select your saved card from the list.
• Confirm the payment — no need to enter card details again.

Which cards can be saved?

Standard credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) issued by most banks can be saved. Virtual cards and prepaid cards (including Revolut virtual cards) may not support card saving — this is a limitation of the card type, not of Tixmondo.

How to remove a saved card

Go to My Account → Saved cards and click the delete icon next to the card you want to remove.

Is it safe?

Yes. Your card details are stored as a secure token by Netopia, our licensed payment processor. Tixmondo has no access to your full card number or CVV.
