How do I top up my Business Wallet?
To add funds to your wallet:
- Go to Administrative → Balance in the portal menu.
- Click "Top up balance".
- Enter the amount in EUR (minimum 5 EUR).
- Review the equivalent in RON (if applicable) and accept the non-refundable waiver.
- Click "Proceed to payment".
- Complete the card payment through the secure payment gateway.
After a successful payment, the funds are credited to your wallet instantly. You will see the updated balance on the dashboard.
Rate limits: Maximum 5 top-ups per hour to prevent accidental duplicate payments.
