What services use the wallet balance?
The wallet balance is used to pay for consumable services on the platform:
- SMS notifications — send text messages to your members and ticket holders
- Email campaigns — send marketing emails to your audience
- WhatsApp messages — communicate with customers via WhatsApp
- Marketing campaigns — run targeted promotional campaigns
- Guest invitations — send personalized event invitations
Each service has a per-unit price visible on the Balance dashboard under "Service Pricing".
