Are wallet credits refundable?
No. Wallet credits are non-refundable. When topping up, you explicitly acknowledge and waive your right of withdrawal pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), as the digital content and services become available immediately upon credit.
This is clearly stated in the mandatory waiver checkbox during the top-up process. We recommend topping up only the amount you plan to use in the near term.
