What is the Follow feature and how does it work?

The Follow feature allows customers to stay updated with their favorite businesses on Tixmondo.

For Customers:

• Click Follow on any business page to start following
• You will receive notifications about new events, products, and updates from businesses you follow
• You can unfollow at any time by clicking Unfollow
• You must be logged in to follow a business

For Business Organizers:

• Your follower count is displayed on your business page
• Followers represent engaged potential customers
• Use this to build an audience before launching new events
