What is the Follow feature and how does it work?
The Follow feature allows customers to stay updated with their favorite businesses on Tixmondo.
For Customers:
- Click Follow on any business page to start following
- You will receive notifications about new events, products, and updates from businesses you follow
- You can unfollow at any time by clicking Unfollow
- You must be logged in to follow a business
For Business Organizers:
- Your follower count is displayed on your business page
- Followers represent engaged potential customers
- Use this to build an audience before launching new events
