What happens if an artist or the cast changes after I bought my ticket?
If the organizer makes a last-minute cast change and chooses to notify ticket holders, you will receive an email notification with details about the change:
- Which role was affected
- The original artist and the replacement
- The reason for the change (if provided)
Additionally, on the event page, a change notice will be displayed showing the replacement information.
Cast changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund. Check the organizer’s refund policy or contact them directly if you have concerns.
