How long does cashless activation approval take?
Once you submit your cashless activation request, the Tixmondo team will review it and respond within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a notification in the portal (bell icon) as soon as your request is approved or if additional information is needed.
After approval, cashless becomes active as soon as payment of the activation fee is confirmed — typically instant when paying via your Business Wallet.
