    What happens if my cashless activation request is rejected?

    If your cashless activation request is rejected, you will receive a notification in the portal with details.

    Common reasons for rejection include:

    • The event does not yet have a signed Framework Contract
    • Event details are incomplete or the event is too far in the future
    • Additional documentation is required

    You can submit a new request after addressing the issue, or contact support@tixmondo.com for clarification.
