How do I export my sales data or attendee lists?
You can export data from several sections of the portal:
Sales Reports:
- Go to Sales & Reports → All Orders to see all transactions.
- Filter by event, date range, product type, or payment status.
- Click the Export button to download the data.
Sold E-Tickets:
- Go to Sales & Reports → Sold E-Tickets for ticket-specific breakdowns.
- View charts by ticket type, revenue, and time period.
Contact Information:
- Go to Sales & Reports → Contact Info to get buyer contact details.
- Useful for post-event communication and marketing.
Check-in Reports:
- Each event's analytics section has Check-ins Details with timestamps and scanner information.
