Tixmondo charges a percentage-based commission on each transaction. Here is how it works:
Example: You sell a ticket for 100 EUR with a 10 EUR service fee. Total = 110 EUR. With a 4% commission, Tixmondo retains 4.40 EUR and you receive 105.60 EUR.
The default commission is 4% for all product types (e-tickets, vouchers, bundles, member cards). Custom rates per product type can be arranged through an addendum to your Framework Contract.
