How do I create a new member card type?

Creating a member card type is straightforward:

1. Go to Member Cards → Card Types from the left menu.
2. Click Add new Member Card type.
3. Enter a name for your member card type (e.g., 'Gold Member', 'VIP Pass').
4. Click Continue to next step.

After creation, you'll be taken to the Edit Info page where you can complete the setup:

• Description — Tell customers what benefits this card offers.
• Logo — Upload a recognizable image (min 500x500px).
• Availability of Member card for customers — Choose between Rolling period (e.g., valid for 1 year from acquisition) or Fixed end date (all cards expire on a specific date).
• Available dates to customers — Set when customers can acquire this member card type (start and end date).

Important: The member card type will not be visible to customers until you complete all required steps and activate it using the toggle at the top of the page.
