Why can't I add a questionnaire or enable some features?
Some member card features are locked based on your subscription plan. The free plan includes basic member card functionality, but advanced features require an upgrade.
Free plan includes:
- 1 member card type
- Up to 20 members
- Free member cards only
Features that require an upgrade:
- Sell paid member cards — Monetize your community with paid memberships.
- Application questionnaire — Collect custom info when members sign up.
- Manual approval for requests — Review and approve each member before granting access.
- Require profile photo — Ensure all members have a recognizable photo.
- Loyalty points system — Reward members with points they can spend.
How to unlock:
- Go to Member Cards → Subscription Plan from the left menu.
- You'll see which features are locked on your current plan.
- Click Upgrade plan to see available options and pricing.
After upgrading, the locked features become immediately available on all your member card types.
