What are Rules and how do they affect member card requests?
Rules let you control the conditions under which customers can get your member card.
Available rules:
- Require admin approval — When enabled, new member card requests go into a 'Pending' queue. You manually review and approve or reject each request. When disabled, requests are automatically approved.
- Require profile photo — Customers must have a profile photo before they can request the member card. Useful for cards that serve as identification.
Important notes:
- Rules apply only to free member cards. When a member card has a paid price, the questionnaire and admin approval are automatically bypassed — the customer gets the card immediately upon payment.
- Some rules may be locked by your subscription plan. Check the Subscription Plan page to see which features are available.
- Changes to rules apply to future requests only — existing members are not affected.
