How does scanning work for Redeemable vouchers?

Redeemable vouchers are designed to be consumed physically at your event. Here's how it works:

For the customer:

1. Customer purchases the voucher online.
2. They receive a PDF with a QR code (same as e-tickets).
3. At the event, they present the QR code to your staff.

For your staff:

1. Open the Tixmondo Scanner app or the web scanner.
2. Scan the customer's QR code.
3. The system shows the voucher details: name, value, owner, and status.
4. If valid, tap "Check-in" to mark it as redeemed.

Important notes:

• Each Redeemable voucher can only be scanned once.
• After scanning, it's marked as Redeemed and cannot be used again.
• Unlike Digital vouchers, Redeemable vouchers are always consumed fully (no partial usage).
• The scan is logged with the timestamp, who scanned it, and at which event.
