What is the difference between silent reject and announced reject for membership requests?
Announced reject: The user receives an email notification explaining that their request was not approved, optionally with a reason. They know they were rejected and can take action.
Silent reject: The request is removed from your pending list, but the user still sees their request as "Pending". They are not notified. Use this when you prefer not to engage with the applicant.
You can change between silent and announced at any time from the Rejected Requests page.
