    How do I add contact information (emails and phone numbers) to my business?

    During business creation (Step 3) and anytime after, you can add multiple email addresses and phone numbers to your business profile.

    Adding contacts

    1. Go to Business Info (during creation) or Business Settings (after creation)
    2. Click Add contact
    3. Choose Email or Phone
    4. Enter a department name (e.g., "Booking", "Support", "General")
    5. Enter the email address or phone number with country code
    6. Optionally mark it as the primary contact

    Important notes

    • The primary phone number is the one used for activation — it's automatically verified
    • Primary contacts cannot be deleted
    • Contacts are visible on your public business page
    • You can add as many contacts as you need
