What should I do if I didn't receive the activation code?
If you didn't receive the code, you can resend it from the activation page:
- Click Resend activation code
- Choose a different delivery method — if you used SMS, try WhatsApp, or vice versa
- Each channel (SMS and WhatsApp) can be used once for resending
If you've already used both channels and still haven't received a code, please contact our support team.
Common reasons for not receiving codes:
- Incorrect phone number — double-check the country code and number
- Phone has poor signal — try again when connected to Wi-Fi (for WhatsApp)
- SMS blocked by carrier — switch to WhatsApp
