How do I request a payout from my sales?
Go to Sales & Reports > Settlement > Request Payout. You will see a list of your events with available balances. Select the events you want to withdraw from by checking the checkboxes, adjust the amounts if needed, then click Request Bank Payout.
Your request will be reviewed by the Tixmondo team and you will be notified by email when it is approved and when the bank transfer is completed.
