    How do I manage my billing contacts and invoices?

    Billing contacts are the entities/persons to whom invoices are issued.

    Managing Billing Contacts:

    1. Go to Sales & Reports → Billing Contacts.
    2. Click "Add Billing Contact".
    3. Fill in: company name, Tax ID/VAT, billing address, contact email.

    Viewing Invoices:

    1. Go to Business → Administrative → Invoices.
    2. Click any invoice to download the PDF.

    Note: Set up billing contacts correctly before making payments — invoices are generated automatically based on this information.
