How do Bonus Points work?
Bonus Points is a loyalty system that rewards your members for spending at your events or business.
How to configure:
- Go to Bonus Points in the card type navigation.
- Enable the bonus points system.
- Set earning rules: how many points a member earns per amount spent (e.g., 10 points for every 50 RON spent).
- Set redemption value: how many points equal a discount (e.g., 100 points = 5 RON discount).
- Optionally set expiration: points can expire after a defined period.
How members earn points:
- Members earn points automatically when they purchase tickets, vouchers, or other products linked to their member card.
- Points accumulate over time and are visible to the member in their account.
Important:
- This feature requires a subscription upgrade from the free plan.
- Points are managed per member card type — each type has its own points balance.
- Be careful when changing earning/redemption rates — existing point balances are not retroactively recalculated.
