How do I sign my business contract with Tixmondo?
Before full operation, you need to sign a business contract (framework agreement).
Contract Flow:
- At business activation, a contract is generated (status DRAFT).
- Go to Business → Administrative → Contracts.
- Review terms and click "Sign Contract".
- Status becomes SIGNED → Tixmondo reviews → SIGNED_ACCEPTED.
Statuses:
- DRAFT — Generated, not signed.
- GENERATED — Prepared for signing.
- SIGNED — Signed, pending review.
- SIGNED_ACCEPTED — Active, all features enabled.
- SOFT_REJECTED — Minor issues, correct and resubmit.
- HARD_REJECTED — Rejected, contact support.
While not SIGNED_ACCEPTED, some features may be restricted.
