What is the Framework Contract and why do I need to sign it?
The Framework Contract is a one-time platform agreement between your business and Tixmondo. It covers all commercial activities on the platform: selling tickets, vouchers, table reservations, member cards, product packs, and any future products.
Key benefits:
- Sign once, sell everything — no more separate contracts for each event or product type.
- Clearly defined commissions per product type (default 4%).
- Your FREE member card plan is automatically activated upon signing.
- Future changes (e.g., commission adjustments) are handled through simple digital addendums.
What you can do without signing:
- Create events in draft mode and preview them.
- Use the Venue Designer tool.
- Use the free member card tier (1 type, 20 members).
What requires the contract:
- Publishing events for public access.
- Selling tickets, vouchers, or any paid product.
- Upgrading your member card subscription plan.
