How does the financial split work for bundles?
When a bundle is sold, the system splits the bundle price proportionally across all component items.
The formula:
effectivePrice = componentOriginalPrice × (bundlePrice / sumOfAllComponentPrices)
Example:
Bundle contains: 2x Standard Ticket (100 EUR each) + 1x Cocktail Voucher (50 EUR)
- Component total: 2×100 + 1×50 = 250 EUR
- Bundle price: 200 EUR
- Ratio: 200 / 250 = 0.80 (80%)
Each item gets:

Impact on:
- Commission: Calculated on the effective price per item, using the commission rate for that product type (e.g. 4% on tickets, 3% on vouchers).
- Refunds: If a customer refunds one ticket from the bundle, they get 80 EUR back (the effective price), not 100 EUR.
- Reports: Each item appears in its respective product type report (tickets revenue, vouchers revenue) with its effective price.
- Settlement: The organizer receives the effective price minus commission per item.
